At minimum, the owner’s name and the property or mailing address — that’s what a typical upload contains, and it’s enough to run a trace. If your list has parcel or APN numbers, include those too, especially for entity-owned properties. The cleaner your starting list (owners deduped, mailing address kept separate from the property address), the better your results will be.

Can you find owners of vacant land?
